Send me an email with as much detail you can of the artwork you would like. I do portraits as well as scenes- see my portfolio for the kind of art I make.

Completed commissions may take up to 4 weeks, during this time I will email you questions and updates, so please keep in touch.

Payment Terms

-Prices are a guide only. I will confirm prices with you before starting work.

-Backgrounds, extra characters, pets, and props, may add to the final cost

-50% payment is required on approval of the first draft

-50% payment is required on approval of the final (watermarked) artwork.

-Major changes requested after draft stage may incur extra costs based on hourly rate.

Artwork

-All artworks remain my property and may not be used for commercial (reselling) purposes unless agreed beforehand.

-Please attribute authorship to me when publishing or sharing the artwork, you must not claim it as your own.

-I reserve the right to keep, use, and/or share the artwork in any way unless agreed beforehand. If it is a traditional piece, the same goes for photographs of the original piece.

-Standard commissions are digital artworks, I will send them in .png and .pdf format as well as any other requested formats.

-Traditional portraits are physical artworks, I will send you progress photos as well as a photo of the completed artwork before I ship it to you.

Delivery & Returns

-Make sure to specify whether you want a digital or traditional piece, otherwise I will just assume you want a digital artwork.

-Postage payment is required on approval of the final artwork, I will not ship the artwork until I receive this payment. I will confirm postage prices and delivery time with you before starting work.

-Postage costs varies between places, I apologise but I can only do what I can with Australia Post, I will try to make the process as simple as possible for the both of us.

-As the artworks I make are custom commissions, I do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the artwork arrives damaged. If this is the case, get in touch as soon as possible!
